Shipping Costs
Mainland Portugal: Shipping an order worth less than €30 costs €3.99.
Orders over €30 have free shipping.
Portugal Islands - Azores and Madeira: Shipping an order worth less than €50 costs €7.99.
Orders over €50 have free shipping.
Spain: Shipping an order worth less than €50 costs €6.99.
Orders over €50 have free shipping.
Shipping to EU/EU: Shipping an order worth less than €150 has a minimum cost of €11.99 and increases depending on the weight.
Orders over €150 have free shipping.
Shipping and transportation time
TME: Average delivery time
Mainland Portugal: TME from 24h to 48h after the order is dispatched.
Portugal Islands - Azores and Madeira: TME from 48h to 72h after the order is dispatched.
Spain: TME from 48h to 72h after the order is shipped.
Shipping to EU/EU: TME 4 to 6 working days.
What shipping types are available?
Currently, your order may be:
(a) sent to the address you indicate at checkout;
(b) or, alternatively, it can be collected, free of charge on working days, at Gudis, SA:
Ponte Charuto Industrial Park, Lot 7, 8400-654 - Parchal, Lagoa.
Exchanges and Returns
Conditions for Exchanges and/or Returns
We do not accept exchanges. Therefore, we only accept product returns.
Returns of products delivered to the customer that are found to be damaged, out of date and/or unfit for consumption are only accepted, and the products must be sealed, complete and in their original packaging.
It is only possible to return a pack in its entirety.
If you wish to return a product that belongs to a pack, you must do so
return of all products that make up that same pack.
Returns of products that are not in the conditions mentioned above will not be accepted .
You will have 14 days after receiving your order to complete the return manifest . After this period, you will not be entitled to make a return.
Returns Procedure
If the customer wishes to make a return, the item(s) in question must meet the conditions described above.
You should then contact customer support and express your intention to return the item. You can do so by:
a) telephone call, using the telephone number 282 405 080.
b) e-mail: shop@gudis.pt.
or c) through our form .
You will then need to provide us with the order number and the description or reference of the product(s) you wish to return.
Following the return, you will be informed of the address to which you must send the product(s) to be returned.
If any item is received with the freight forwarder's label stuck directly to the packaging, you will lose the right to a refund and will have 10 days to collect the item(s) from our facilities, bearing the collection costs.
THE
Gudis will take care of the transportation costs, if, in fact, the
products received are in the conditions described above.
Reimbursement
The refund will be made in the form of a gift card that can be used on the website for future purchases , for a maximum period of 15 days.
Gudis, SA will be responsible for issuing the card, which will be sent to the customer's email address within 5 working days after receipt of the order.
The customer will be reimbursed only and exclusively if the products are in the conditions described above.
Orders
Is there a minimum order value?
If you wish to collect your order from Gudis, SA, the order has no minimum value.
If you want your order to be shipped, then yes, the minimum value is €10.
Can I change an order?
No, once you place your order you cannot change it.
If you have not yet proceeded with payment for the order, then simply place a new one and notify us to cancel the previous one.
Can I cancel an order?
You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed.

Do the prices of the products on the website include VAT?
Yes, the price of all products on the website already includes VAT.
What are the conditions for using the Newsletter Subscription Promotional Code?
The promotional code offering a 15% discount, obtained through the Newsletter Subscription Pop-Up, is limited to 1 use per customer, on a minimum order of €10 and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions in force.
To calculate the minimum order value of €10, discounted items that are also in the cart will not be counted.
