Ingredients

    • 2 Eggs
    • 20 g Sugar
    • 250 ml of Water
    • 125 g Flour
    • 120 g Butter
    • 1 teaspoon of salt

Topping

Preparation Method

Mass

    1. Add the water, butter, salt and sugar to a saucepan.
    2. Bring to the boil.
    3. When the butter has melted and the mixture begins to boil, add the flour all at once. Stir constantly until the dough comes away from the bottom of the pan.
    4. Remove the pan from the heat and add the eggs, one by one, mixing again, without stopping.
    5. Place the dough in a piping bag with a star nozzle and make the churros in a fryer with hot oil.
    6. Fry each churro for approximately 4 minutes.

Serve with powdered sugar, cinnamon and chocolate topping!

Suggestion: Try the chocolate topping with the coconut topping, it's delicious!
