- 2 Eggs
- 20 g Sugar
- 250 ml of Water
- 125 g Flour
- 120 g Butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Topping
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Powdered sugar (optional)
- La Vida Vegan Chocolate Cream
Preparation Method
Mass
- Add the water, butter, salt and sugar to a saucepan.
- Bring to the boil.
- When the butter has melted and the mixture begins to boil, add the flour all at once. Stir constantly until the dough comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the eggs, one by one, mixing again, without stopping.
- Place the dough in a piping bag with a star nozzle and make the churros in a fryer with hot oil.
- Fry each churro for approximately 4 minutes.
Serve with powdered sugar, cinnamon and chocolate topping!
Suggestion: Try the chocolate topping with the coconut topping, it's delicious!
