Ingredients
- Salt
- 2 Onions
- 1 Drizzle of Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 650 g of zucchini
- 500 g Broccoli
- 1.5 l of Cold Water
- 1 dl Milram Sour Cream
Preparation Method
- Cut the onions and garlic cloves into pieces. Then, sauté them in olive oil.
- Peel the courgettes and cut into cubes. Then add to the stew.
- Season with salt and add the broccoli.
- Add water and cook over low heat.
- Add Milram's sour cream and beat everything with a hand blender.
- Bring to the boil again and it is ready to eat.
Suggestion: Serve with black sesame seeds and a rosemary leaf.
