Ingredients

5 Tacos/Tortillas
Filling
- 1/2 lime
- Parsley to taste
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Drizzle of Olive Oil
- Chives qb
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 30 g Spinach
- 100 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Cup of Sweet Corn
- 1 Cup of Mushrooms
- 250 g Milram Sour Cream
Preparation Method
Sauce
- Mix the lime juice, Milram sour cream and chopped chives in a container.
- Season with salt.
- Keep refrigerated until serving.
Filling
- Sauté the mushrooms with a dash of olive oil, season with salt and set aside.
- Cut the avocado into cubes, the tomatoes in half and the red onion into thin strips.
Tacos
- Add the spinach, sautéed mushrooms, onion, avocado, tomato, corn, parsley and, finally, the sauce to the taco.
